To simplify and improve the processing of your requests, we are now using Zendesk. Whether you have a question, an IT issue, or a request related to General Services, everything will now go through this platform.
It’s easy: start by checking if an answer to your question already exists. If not, submit your request directly through the form or by scanning a QR code in the buildings. You can then track its progress in real-time. More clarity, more responsiveness!
